FEFCO 0201 Stitched & Folding Boxes

Our In-House Manufacturing Capabilities

We manufacture FEFCO 0201 regular slotted containers directly at our West Midlands factory, built to industrial specifications for commercial fulfillment and heavy-duty transport.

Structural Engineering: Wire-Stitched Joints

While standard 0201 boxes rely on glued seams, our facility provides metal wire stitching on the manufacturer’s joint for high-stress applications. This mechanical fastening significantly increases the container’s burst resistance, preventing seam failure when packaging dense components, heavy mechanical parts, or high-mass industrial goods.

As a specialist UK manufacturer, we offer a flexible made-to-order service:

  • Materials: Available in high-grade corrugated board or solid carton board.
  • Finishes: Choose from classic natural Kraft brown or clean white.
  • Quantities: Bespoke runs available from a low minimum order of just 50 units.
  • Custom Sizes: We manufacture to your exact internal dimensions (Length x Width x Height).

Made-to-Order Production Specifications

  • Custom production runs are engineered to exact internal dimensions using the following operational parameters:
  • Substrates: High-grade corrugated board or solid carton board.
  • Finishes: Natural Kraft brown or clean white.
  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Custom manufacturing runs starting from 50 units.
