Ranging in size from a compact 51 x 25 x 51mm up to 152 x 101 x 204mm, our stock range is supplied flat-packed for highly efficient warehouse storage and can be erected by hand in seconds.

Lock End vs. Long Tuck Cartons: Which Do You Need?

To ensure your products are packed securely, we manufacture this stock range in two distinct closing styles, tailored to the weight of the items you are shipping:

• Lock End Cartons: The standard, cost-effective choice for lightweight goods and general retail items. These feature specially shaped tabs at either end that lock firmly into place to secure the box lid and base.
• Long Tuck Cartons: Engineered specifically for heavy-duty items like dense mechanical parts or metal fasteners. These feature an extended, reinforced base flap and stronger locking tabs to ensure heavy components are fully supported and will not fall through the bottom of the box during transit.
