Manufactured directly in our Walsall, West Midlands factory, these incredibly strong die-cut boxes are available straight from stock in a comprehensive range of sizes for immediate dispatch.
Reinforced Base for Heavier Components
What sets a long tuck box apart from a standard cardboard carton is its reinforced base design. The box features an extra-long bottom flap that tucks securely across the entire length of the base. This dual-layered construction creates a significantly stronger bottom panel, preventing heavier mechanical components, dense hardware, or heavy retail items from falling through during transit.
Eco-Friendly, UK-Made Quality
We prioritize sustainable manufacturing. All of our sturdy long tuck boxes are produced in the UK using high-quality recycled cardboard. To ensure maximum protection, we utilize a durable 650-micron board for our smaller sizes, scaling up to an extra-tough 850-micron board for our larger dimensions.
Efficient Flat-Packed Storage
Despite their heavy-duty construction, our long tuck cartons are supplied flat-packed to save valuable space in your warehouse or packing area. When needed, the die-cut design allows them to be erected quickly and securely.
