Apprentice Vacancy: Training the Next Generation of Box Makers

As a cornerstone of West Midlands manufacturing for 100 years (1926 – 2026), The Walsall Box Co is proud to support the development of local talent. We periodically recruit for Apprentice Machine Setters and Operators to join our production team, ensuring that the traditional skills of high-quality box manufacturing are preserved and evolved for the modern era.

The Role: Apprentice Machine Setter & Operator

Working within our ISO 9001:2015 certified factory, apprentices gain hands-on experience with specialist die-cutting and folding machinery. Under the mentorship of our veteran machine setters, you will learn the technical precision required to manufacture everything from delicate luxury gift boxes to heavy-duty industrial cartons.
